New Chat Bar and Friends System

Hi Everyone,

Most of you may have already noticed the new Chat Bar in the site's footer.

The new Chat Bar has been completely re-written to allow better friends and chat management. You can now accept friend requests from within the bar, the layout has been greatly improved and starting a much is chat easier.

We have also added emoticons such as smiley faces to the chat interface.

We hope you all like it and welcome any feedback in the comments below.
